The white wine Sommertal Weissburgunder, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Aufricht has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Strong new wood meets fruit of tangerine, orange zest and apricot. A supple, almost creamy attack is followed by a dense, full-bodied core surrounded by a firm acidity. The wood still dominates on the finish, which still seems completely closed. Very good ageing potential.
