Pale yellow in colour. Intense aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit on the nose, in particular ripe Mirabelle plums and Williams pear, plus notes of honeysuckle and buttercup. There's a balanced interplay of sweetness and acidity on the palate, with some discreet notes of hazelnuts and honey on the powerful finish.
