An elegant eponymous local wine. There is a slightly smoky, reductive tone, wood that oscillates between cedar and coconut macaroons. Also pure, almond-like, lemony fruit notes. Subtle on the palate, with noticeable notes of wood, perfectly harmonious, rather delicate. Needs a little more time, but aeration will also open up this wine.
