Spicy, lots of drive, stony, cool and delicate. The nose is already very complex. Balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, pineapple and grapefruit are the aromas on the nose. On the palate, the wine bursts with powerful acidity, intense minerality and phenolics. Very multi-layered and complex.
