Very fragrant nose, freshly cut grass, bright flowers, some elderflower, also lime honey, ripe apple, almond. On the palate with a lot of texture, lively acidity, apple and pear, juicy and dense, fine phenolics, mineral primed, harmoniously rounded, good structure and length, ideal with white meat and porcini mushroom sauce.
