Tasting Notes
Filtration did not play a major role; aromas of plum and rhubarb, also raspberry, hibiscus, a little nutmeg and allspice. Straightforward and with verve on the palate, the acidity picks up speed in the slender body, the tannins in rather small quantities support the linear, straightforward, direct flow. Cherry stone and sloe in the finish, fun yet always serious.
