Tasting Notes
Dark garnet red, fragrant berry nose of blackberries, light cassis, also black cherries and graphite. Extremely juicy, cool and fresh on the palate. Fine tannins provide an exciting structure with a skillful play of acidity, the fruit notes are still young yet beautifully balanced with good length. Elegant!
More about the tastingRipe raspberry with measured wood savouriness, also some plum and red cherry, dried herbs and a certain etherealness. Full-bodied on the palate and also punchy with a ripe, well-bearing acidity that has some salty hints in tow, chalky minerality, the tannins are ripe and structuring, lingers long, still youthful.
