Salmon pink in colour. Dark raspberry, rose and heart cherry on the nose. On the palate, the wine has an elegant, refreshing structure, lively mousse, acidity and a hint of suppleness harmonise through their contrast, a pinch of sweetness spices up the fruit, finishes with a good tactile mineral component.
