In the nuanced and very fine fragrance one finds notes of red berry, yeast and liquorice. On the palate, a very fine mousse unfolds, leading to supple underlying Burgundy fruit, supported by ripe acidity, saltiness and a playful touch of sweetness. A very distinguished sparkling wine, with all components very good and put together in a stylish and harmonious way.
