Tasting Notes
German Chardonnay has made huge strides and it needs to be like this wine, which combines power and elegance, and it’s not even that expensive.
More about the tastingDelicate nose at the beginning, but then increasingly more powerful with notes of fresh fine wood, smoke and a hint of vanilla. Elegant and juicy on the palate, powerful without being broad, very young and yet spicy accentuated by fine phenolics. A Burgundian-style wine, very skilful.
