Tasting Notes
Light golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicate honey and a hint of caramel, ripe apricots in the background. Juicy, silky texture, subtle sweetness, fine acidity, elegant and persistent, but already showing the first signs of ageing, rhubarb flavour in the lemony aftertaste, a little sweet and sour.
