Light yellow green colour. Ripe yellow apple with a hint of herbs and tobacco, lovely spiciness, a hint of mango, dark minerality, gentle blossom honey in the background. Very juicy, ripe yellow fruit, fine honey touch, complex, refined structure, elegant and with good length, yellow stone fruit nuances on the aftertaste. It is an opulent food wine with great potential.
