Tasting Notes
Bright yellow green in colour with fine aromas of blossom honey, subtle yellow tropical fruit nuances, a touch of meadow herbs and some mango. The palate is juicy and elegant with good complexity, fine acidity, some minerality and subtle stone fruit nuances on the finish, with passion fruit on the aftertaste. A good food wine with potential for further ageing.
