Tasting Notes
Fragrant, restrained, but suggesting the whole spectrum: floral, citrus, berry notes, wood. All still very young. The palate is completely at rest, rich content, subtle phenolics, ripe acidity, distinct mineral tones, yeasty transition into the still compact finish. A very distinguished restrained structure, mineral flavoured, very rich in ageing potential, and above all, gastronomic. Perfect with octopus, risotto and paella, poussin, hard cheese.
More about the tastingNuanced varietal aromas, somewhat berry focused, but also dandelion, macadamia nut. Silky smooth on the palate, delicately packed, powerful extract, round and supple, but not fat or viscous, a very natural balance, with a chalky mineral tinge on the finish.
