Toasty, savoury wood on the nose, but also yellow fruit motifs. Good palate structure, fresh and energetic, with vital acidity, fits well into the rather "cool" overall picture of integrated substance, with a juicy, pithy finish. A Burgundy-like Pinot Blanc that demands to be eaten.
