A fragrant and floral nose shows orange blossom, apple, apricot and a hint of cinnamon. It flows very easily and lightly on the palate, avoiding any sense of heaviness, with a beautiful interplay of sweetness and acidity and a mineral tinge. Could also be drunk in the morning, this is a classic example of the lightness of the style.
