This wine comes from the cathedral provost's Heiligenhäuschen parcel. In other words it has an excellent provenance, and has apricot fruit with tension on the nose. There is a substantial density on the palate, with a further apricot character, as well as angelica as a counterpoint. It can age for a long time, if you want it to.
