Tasting Notes
Dark ruby with an opaque core, purple reflections and delicate edge brightening. Aromas of fine herbal savouriness, ripe sweet cherry, candied orange zest, delicate cardamom and some nougat. Complex palate with blackberry fruit, firm tannins and subtle bitter chocolate. Shows good freshness, is mineral and has good persistence. Good ageing potential, too.
