Tasting Notes

88 - 90
Tasting from 23.03.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Apple, pear, apricot and some flax on the nose, also popcorn, smoky and floral notes, hay flowers. Pinot Blanc with juice and also a certain powerful structure, the ripe acidity is integrated as well as the fine fruit sweetness, again ripe apricot and pear, also a hint of honey, a fine, savoury minerality forms in the background. Consistent and a good choice for the table.
