Tasting Notes
Lemon balm and lime on the nose, mint, herbal and savoury notes, with a hint of papaya. Very smooth on the palate with citrus and herbal flavours, pleasant texture. Some residual sweetness, but well integrated. A Riesling that is a lot of fun.
