Dense aroma with concentrated, even exotic fruit, tangerine, Mirabelle plum, pineapple, but also lemongrass, chamomile and cinnamon and clearly chalky. Slender on the palate, but with substantial depth and mineral aniseed savouriness, accompanied by a fine mellowness and great length.
