Cloudy, golden yellow with amber reflections and a silvery sheen. Aroma of caraway, apricot and fennel, plus reductive notes, meadow herbs, coriander seeds, aniseed and bread spices. Dry, with fine-grained tannins, fine grip and gentle acidity. With a slender 12% alcohol, it is wonderfully balanced and elegant - a deliciously fine orange wine.
