Tasting Notes
Yellow gold with a reddish background. Quite intense spicy notes on the nose, smoky and chalky wood notes, a contradictory acid structure on the palate, lemony and slender on the finish, lime in the aftertaste. At this stage of development, the grape variety has receded somewhat into the background, is undergoing an aromatic transformation and should therefore now be allowed to mature in peace for a few years.
