Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green, silver reflections, fine, calm mousseux. Yellow stone fruit, a hint of ringlet and yellow plum, fine mineral nuances, delicate hints of white flowers, delicate hints of aranzini, inviting bouquet. Taut, elegant, white peach, lively, animating acidity, white apple, lemony touch, vibrant and enormously youthful, lingers very well, salty finish, certainly further aging potential.
