Tasting Notes
Pale golden yellow, silver glints, fine bead, persistent mousse. Delicate nuances of yellow plums and greengage plums, a hint of papaya, also slightly savoury followed by a dash of fresh almonds. Full-bodied, white pear notes, vibrant acidity, salty and firm finish superseded by nutty reverberations. A versatile style. (deg. 18.1.2021)
