Tasting Notes
Pale golden yellow, silver glints, persistent, delicate mousse. Yellow tropical fruit, a hint of tobacco-wood savouriness, and a little touch of guava and greengage plums. A multifaceted bouquet. Good complexity, vibrant acidity, delicate quince and lush pear on the finish, white nougat reverberations. A complex supper accompaniment with ageing potential. (Deg. 22 September 2021)
