Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green, silver glints. A Burgundian-styled flair is apparent in the bouquet, lovely caramel-vanilla notes, yellow apples, and pleasant minerality. Juicy, yet graceful, fine white stone fruit nuances, pleasant sweet expression, fresh structure, marked by a saltly-mineral finish. Very good length, incredibly stimulating to drink, has potential for many years ahead!
