Tasting Notes
Light dusty pink in colour, copper reflections, fine mousse. Fine fresh herbs, notes reminiscent of red forest berries, a hint of plums, peach notes. Juicy, elegant, mineral, with soft cherry notes, a fruity finish, with a spicy-nutty aftertaste, long lasting, versatile. (Deg. 01/2022).
More about the tastingLight dusky pink, with a delicate shimmer of brass. On the nose, nuances of peach are underpinned by aromas of biscuit and red berry, hints of greengage and fresh orange zest. It is light on its feet, yet taut in the mouth, with a fruity sweetness at its core, a hint of lime and blossom honey and a salty minerality on the finish. (Disgorged 1/2021)
