Disgorged 10/2024. Golden yellow, a silver sheen, with a fine, persistent mousse. Ripe yellow apple, some blossom honey, subtle notes of biscuit, an inviting bouquet. Taut, with a subtle sweetness on the palate, fresh, some pear on the finish, lingers well, versatile.
