Pale lemon yellow colour. A nose of apple peel, lemon balm, grapefruit as well as a fine herbal note. On the palate with a clear acidic nerve with citrus as well as yellow fruit aromas. A lot of traction. A pleasant wine with a lot of ageing potential.
