Powerful on the nose, ripe apricot, pear and melon, tangerine peel, savoury tartness and savouriness. Tight, compact structure with juice, clear fruit (apple, pear and also quince) and a cosy sweetness, good leading acidity, spiciness and a hint of minerality, all of a piece.
