On the nose, warm smoke, grilled yellow bell peppers, gooseberries, mango, chamomile flowers, curry, saffron and toasted sesame. Supple and compact on the palate with a juicy core of yellow fruit, well-integrated ripe acidity, fine savouriness with notes of salt and pepper, and a long finish.
