The red wine Pannobile ZW/BF, vintage 2003 from the winery Weingut Claus Preisinger has been rated in 2005 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Zweigelt from the region Lake Neusiedl in Austria.
Very intense ruby garnet, dark core, violet reflections, delicate watery rim. Intense woody spice on the nose, subtly leafy undertones, the fruit is still somewhat concealed by the fine woody spice. Taut tannins on the palate, mineral structure, has a pithy substance, underlaid with dark berry fruit, still needs time in the bottle to develop fully.
