The white wine NV »Pinot Rosé« brut from the winery Weingut Clauß has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Baden in Germany.
A deep rosé colour with brick red nuances. The nose mixes yeasty aromas, intense berry fruit and light caramel tones. In the mouth, the wine has a fine, cultured mousse and harmony without too much residual sugar. The finish is fruity and long.
