Rich golden yellow in colour with a multi-layered, rich aroma of brioche, ripe apple, crisp pear, subtle cherry, fine smoke and hazelnut. The lively palate has a fine mousse, delicate acidity and creamy base, lightly fruity with toasty notes, elegant with beautiful length.
