The white wine »Reserve« Pünderich Marienburg Fahrlay Riesling trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Clemens Busch has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 94+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Yellow-gold in colour, more open, and softer on the nose than its counterpart from the Rothenpfad, with overtones of turmeric, almond and yellow peach. On the palate, viscous, seamless, enormously concentrated. Not savoury and fresh, but instead slightly phenolic, very persistent.
