The white wine »Reserve« Pünderich Marienburg Fahrlay Riesling trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Clemens Busch has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Elegant and powerful at the same time. Rich in finesse with notes of lemon, apricot, stone fruit, white flowers and subtle honey, with an excellent slate savouriness underpinning things. Long and precise on the palate with well-judged phenolic grip. Still needs a lot of time, but already putting on a show.
