Initially closed, then spicy notes of cardamom and cumin, red curry, stewed apple and black pepper emerge. The palate starts smoothly, is carried by fine sweetness and structure-giving delicate phenols, the wine ends round and smooth, also spicy and tactile-mineral, but also indicates extract reserves for further years. Subtle and quite fine.
