The sekt Erbacher Steinmorgen Riesling Sekt extra brut from the winery Weingut Crass has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Ripe yellow fruit with pear tart, baked apple, sugared grapefruit and chamomile, a yeasty-mushroomy aroma in the background is also noticeable, with air a salty minerality emerges. Beautifully matured mousse, accompanied by a pithy spiciness, supple and round, good as a food companion, but also good on its own.
