The white wine Scheurebe Kabinett »feinfruchtig«, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Dahms has been rated in 2016 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Scheurebe from the region Franconia in Germany.
Still powerfully reductive on the nose, but also flinty, tangy, fresh on the palate, with sweet and sour play, aimed at freshness and nervousness, with the typical Kabinett lightness, but also with a mineral presence.
