Tasting from 17.03.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Some new oak, caramel, restrained red berry fruit. Very dense in the mouth, but at the same time without any heaviness or massiveness, fine-grained, fresh tannins, ripe acidity, mineral character, great juiciness on the finish.
