Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Concentrated Pinot nose, ripe blueberry, some wax and new wood. Herbaceous on the palate, starts smoothly, pronounced aromatic expression, creamy, relatively dry but ripe tannins, a little less fruit on the palate than on the nose. Ripe acidity, broad finish.
