Tasting from 17.03.2020: Ulrich Sautter

This has an aroma of eucalyptus on a neat nose, as well as cherry, and also darker aromas, smoke, vegetable patch, and some lovage. It is soft on the palate, with ripe acidity, and polished tannins. It is powerful, substantial, and yet not neglecting the elegant side of Burgundy. It is a profound and long-lasting wine.
