Tasting Notes

Tasting from 23.03.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Sweet apricot in the fruity and spicy nose, also green apple and pear. Full-bodied and spicy on the palate, the acidity is ripe and carries well, the residual sweetness is well integrated, the spiciness provides accents. Well-balanced Pinot Blanc that combines freshness and intensity, with a lot of drinking flow and site character.
