Violets on the nose, along with ripe, almost somewhat dried blackberry, juniper, some liquorice - yes, something like this is created in the middle of Stuttgart. Lots of peppery savouriness on the palate, rather subdued fruit, integrated into savouriness. Very attractively made - and an excellent steak wine!
