The white wine Bad Cannstatt Zuckerle Riesling trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut der Stadt Stuttgart has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Württemberg in Germany.
The label promises a mixture of old-fashioned Swabian and Manga crassness. Not totally wild, but already beautifully individualistic on the nose with yeasty and spicy hints. On the palate then rather quiet, amazingly textured, dry, vivid phenolics; a top food Riesling.
