In addition to the fine oak savouriness, there are notes of quince, melon and pear, savoury, dried herbs and hay. Relaxed and dense on the palate with ripe acidity, the soft texture is the basis for a powerful development: again juicy pear. Dry and unaffected: an individualistic Chardonnay.
