The red wine Rech Herrenberg, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Deutzerhof has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Frühburgunder from the region Ahr in Germany.
On the nose: cooked berries, crème de cassis and rose petals. Tight structure, firm acidity, discreetly grainy tannin, clear tactile minerality – a concentrated early Frühburgunder with a high level of tension and excellent prospects for bottle ageing.
