The red wine Bad Neuenahr Im Kuckstein Spätburgunder GG, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Deutzerhof has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 94+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Ahr in Germany.
Present new wood, caramel and coconut, also red berries, red fruit jelly, gingerbread, after air contact also dark berries. A hint of fruitiness at the start, then a deep, very dense, somewhat dry tannin unfolds, accompanied by nerve and penetrating tactile minerality. A wine with striking and certain ageing potential.
