Medium golden yellow. Ripe apricot on the nose, nuances of nougat and nuts, subtle petrol and white flowers. On the palate a beautiful balance of vivid acidity and delicate fruit. Somewhat effervescent, medium-fine mousse, medium-long finish with an impression of juicy acidity.
